Aeon Lighting Technology Breaks LED High-Temperature Limit for Energy-Efficient Lighting in Harsh En 2016-07-29

Unlike most electronic devices, which fail at temperatures around 60°C, these LEDs can maintain stable heat dissipation and continue to operate normally even in environments as hot as 90°C. They also maintain excellent luminous efficiency and color rendering, while featuring IP68 waterproofing, making them an ideal lighting solution for high-temperature environments and heavy industrial settings.
ALT’s industrial-grade high-temperature LED lights have already been successfully deployed in various high-temperature locations. For example, in a pulp factory located in southern Taiwan, temperatures can rise to nearly 100°C during operation. The factory had previously tried other brands of LED lights, but they failed within weeks, with high replacement rates. After switching to ALT’s industrial high-temperature LEDs, the lights have been functioning well for over six months without any signs of damage. As a result, the factory decided to replace all remaining lighting with ALT’s industrial-grade high-temperature LEDs, proving the superior stability and quality of the product.
