ALT Technology Launches LED Lighting for Environments as Cold as -65°C 2014-09-09
At the end of last year, ALT Technology launched a series of LED lighting products designed for extremely cold climates, specifically capable of functioning in temperatures as low as -65°C.
ALT Technology has developed high-quality, high-spec pure aluminum materials and designed LED light bulbs and lamps with optimal heat dissipation and elegant appearances. These lights are perfect replacements for traditional light sources, offering energy savings, cost reductions, and enhanced safety for both daily life and industrial environments.
The product range designed for environments as cold as -65°C includes A55 bulbs, T8 tubes, PAR30/38 spotlights, and large lighting fixtures. These lights are suitable for ultra-low temperature refrigeration projects, large cold storage facilities, laboratories, and even indoor or outdoor polar climates. ALT Technology spent over a year testing these lights in -65°C environments, ensuring they operate reliably with consistent brightness, high stability, and a lifespan of up to 30,000 to 50,000 hours, even in extreme cold.
In industrial or specialized sectors, high-spec products are often needed to withstand harsh conditions. ALT Technology has developed products that meet these rigorous specifications—something other manufacturers have not been able to achieve—allowing the company to stand out in the competitive LED market. This success has established Taiwan's solid position in the global LED lighting market. ALT Technology also offers a range of general-purpose, non-industrial products suitable for residential and commercial environments, providing higher quality, healthier, and safer lighting solutions.
ALT Technology CEO Mr. Liang Jian-guo firmly believes that corporate social responsibility is far more important than company revenue, with a long-term vision focused on preserving the beauty of the natural environment for future generations. Over the years, ALT has participated in international exhibitions while also organizing charitable sales events, with all proceeds going to charitable causes. The company also supported the global ice bucket challenge by donating the proceeds from their charity sales to the Taiwan ALS Association.
