ALT High-Brightness New Products at Optoelectronics Week 2010-06-11

Aeon Lighting Technology (ALT) introduced its second wave of 2010 LED lighting products at Taipei International Optoelectronics Week. The lineup includes the Aurora MR16 V5 with a brightness of 720 lumens, an A19 AC dimmable LED bulb, and the third-generation Orion T8 tube (T03). ALT also showcased its complete range of LED lighting solutions, covering residential, commercial, architectural, and outdoor lighting, offering comprehensive energy-efficient solutions.

A Green Lighting Revolution
ALT CEO James Liang emphasized the company’s commitment to developing high-efficiency, high-quality LED lighting products, aiming to bring safe, stable, and energy-saving lighting to the world and lead a mercury-free, pollution-free green lighting revolution. During Optoelectronics Week, ALT will donate products worth $19,200 USD for a symbolic $1 charity sale, with all proceeds going to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to contribute to sustainable development for the planet.

Innovative High-Brightness Products
The Aurora MR16 V5, boasting a brightness of 720 lumens, features premium Cree LED chips, offering significantly enhanced brightness and efficiency. Its 25-degree beam angle design enables precise and flawless spotlighting. The A19 AC dimmable LED bulb incorporates advanced linear dimming technology for stable and smooth dimming performance. Its maximized heat dissipation design ensures a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. Unlike many market alternatives with low energy conversion rates, this bulb achieves an impressive energy conversion rate of 0.98, minimizing power loss and maximizing energy savings.

The third-generation Orion T8 series (T03) delivers a brightness of 1,800 lumens and complies with RoHS international non-toxic standards. It employs patented heat dissipation technology, offering a stable light source free of harmful flickering. Traditional fluorescent tubes, often high-frequency flickering and containing toxic mercury, pose risks to health and vision. In contrast, the Orion T8 series provides a safe and eco-friendly alternative to conventional fluorescent tubes.

Energy-Saving Solutions Across the Board
ALT also introduced the high-brightness Apollo BR40 spotlight (35 watts), which can directly replace 100-watt low bay mercury lamps, saving up to 65% in energy consumption. Its expansive heat dissipation area further enhances its performance.

The entire product line holds certifications such as UL, ETL, TÜV, LVD, CE, FCC, RoHS, and Laser Testing, ensuring safe, stable, and high-efficiency green lighting solutions. With its advanced product offerings and commitment to sustainability, ALT continues to lead the charge in innovative and eco-friendly lighting technologies.
